We are looking for a Mid SQL Server DBA for a 4-month Full-time project with one of our Staff Augmentation clients. We are a company with roots in Colombia with a global vision, which has allowed us to develop technological solutions for clients in more than 24 countries in Latin America, the USA, Africa, and Europe.
Collaborate with other professionals, both with members of the engineer team and from other areas within the clients company, this includes architect, data, product managers, among others. You will work with them to understand and satisfy project requirements.

Establish policies and security measures to protect the database by implementing access controls and audits.
Perform regular database backups and develop recovery plans in case of failures or disasters.
Monitor and optimize database performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, optimizing queries, and adjusting system configuration.
Collaborate with development teams and other departments to understand and satisfy project requirements.

We are looking for a Mid SQL Server DBA for a 4-month Full-time project with one of our Staff Augmentation clients. Your analytical thinking, communication, and team work will be key.
+3 years of experience in the administration, management, and migration of SQL Server and Oracle databases.
Solid SQL server knowledge and tuning processes with PL/SQL handling.
Experience in the implementation of security measures such as user management, access controls, encryption and backups.
Azure cloud database administration experience.
Desireble knowledge in MySql & postgreSQL.
Media agency experience and conversational English will be a plus.
Someone who enjoys solving problems, passionate about challenges and focused on delivering positive results.
