Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
Your communication and problem-solving skills are key to inspiring through design and narrative. However, it is your teamwork, resilience and detail-oriented skills that will help succeed in your day to day tasks.
+5 years of experience in UX/UI design in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrating proficiency designing and prototyping tools; such as Figma, Adobe Suite or Sketch (even though is preferred Figma)
In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and accessibility standards, and inclusive design practices.
Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
Must have conversational english level (will be assessed).
It is required to share a portfolio demonstrating diverse design projects and problem-solving.
Nice to have experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Nice to have experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
Understanding business metrics and design impact is desirable.
