Each of our UX/UI products is framed within the Design Thinking methodology through the following processes:
- Empathize: Discover what end-users truly need and learn to think and feel like them through surveys, interviews, or observation sessions.
- Define: The problem statement is a clear description of the user's need based on research, focusing on a clear objective.
- Ideate: Generate as many ideas as possible. By focusing on quantity not quality, the likelihood of finding innovative solutions increases.
- Prototype: Build prototypes (reduced versions of your product) showcasing important features through a path ranging from low to high fidelity.
- Test: Testing keeps the user at the forefront, providing them with an opportunity to provide feedback, improve the original idea, or propose a completely new one.
